Don't miss the opportunity to capture these first moments with your new little one. The beginning weeks are fleeting and changes will happen so quickly. Tiny toes, gassy smiles, the uncertainty of new experiences, and generally figuring out this whole baby thing are all things to be remembered.

Capturing this special time with beautiful imagery is something truly unique and I promise, you will never regret having documentation of these quick, but amazing first moments in your family's lives.

We provide both gorgeous images of your growing family and authentic moments you will cherish forever, all while making sure you look great, feel confident and have fun!

How it Works

We do things a little bit differently to make your life EASIER!

01

Schedule a Call

Talking on the phone? What is this, 1995? I get it. But this is a really important step. Chatting "in person" gives you the opportunity to tell me what you have in mind, get all of your questions answered and learn why choosing us is going to solve all of your problems! Wink wink.

So let me give you call!

02

Planning Your Session

This is one of the most appreciated parts of your experience. Before your session we will meet in your home for a Style & Concept consultation, where we will plan out all of the details of your session. That way, when I come in for the big day we'll already be friends and have a solid plan!

03

The Big Day

It's here! For home sessions, I will arrive at our pre-determined time and will begin with details and individual shots of your baby. We will then move on to combinations of Baby with different members of the family and all together in different spaces. We can also incorporate interactive activities like reading or a bath! And don't forget your fur babies!

(I bring everything we need for Baby! Anything you add is completely up to you, but if you choose, you don't need to do a thing!)

04

We Won't Leave You Hanging!

After your images have been soft edited, we will meet back up for a premiere ordering appointment (typically in your home to make things easier for you), I will expertly guide you through the process of choosing your very favorite images and the perfect products and artwork to compliment them! When I leave, your work will be done and all you need to do is get back to life with your new little one!

FAQ's

My baby is already over a week. Is it too late for a Newborn Session?

Nope! You're in luck because the best thing about natural sessions in that Baby gets to be themself! Posed newborns need to be sleepy, and therefore very new in order squish them into all those little positions, but for us we're going au natural. An "older" newborn is typically more awake and more alert which allows for more opportunity of shots with connection and engagement.

And, my favorite part is that waiting gives you time to settle in and figure things out a bit before a lady with a camera comes through the door!

I photograph newborns all the way up to 8 weeks, but I find the sweet spot to be 3-5 weeks.

What about if baby is older than 8 weeks? No problem! "New Baby Sessions" are very similar!

My house is small. Can we still use it?

Absolutely! I've shot in everything from spacious homes with cathedral ceilings to tight Boston condos to basement apartments. With a little creativity we can always make it work!

I'm so awkward in front of the camera. How will I know what to do?

Don't stress! One great thing about this type of session is you just get to be yourself! But if you have insecurities or just want some direction, I've got you! For lifestyle photos I will tell you where to go, where to look, and adjust things like hair and posture and we can use angles and tricks to mask any areas you'd rather not highlight.  For documentary you're typically so busy with the activity that you forget I'm there, and that's the way we want it!

Do you know how to handle a baby?

Yes I do! I do a lot of it and I take safety very seriously! I've been doing this for close to 10 years and have 2 children of my own. But remember, we're not posing Baby, so we aren't typically putting them in any positions they wouldn't normally be in. I also don't handle your baby the entire time - usually mainly at the beginning when I'm wrapping and positioning them for details shots. My wrapping technique is very safe and babies usually love it and settle right down and take a nap. And the rest of the time they'll be in your arms!

How much should I expect to invest?

Every family's story is different, and my sessions are all about creating something personal and lasting. This is a full-service approach for families who want a hands-on, customized process—from capturing meaningful moments to designing custom wall art that fits beautifully in your home. Most families invest in a selection of images and artwork that brings their story to life, with options tailored to what matters most to them. Pricing varies depending on what you choose, and I’m happy to walk you through what’s included so you can decide what feels right for your family.
