Having a newborn at home is crazy! I've been there, I get it. But documenting those new little moments really is priceless. Those teenie toes, those squishy legs and those gassy smiles! And equally important is documenting the totally normal, not so glamorous moments as well - the adorable awkwardness of a sink bath, baby burps, sofa snuggles...believe me, those are the foggy memories you'll be happy to have to look back on later.
Sound overwhelming? Don't worry! It's my goal to make this as stress free as possible! I will come to you and all we will do is take photos of you doing what you do - being a parent. You will receive a prep guide full of helpful tips about how to prepare your family and your home, and don't worry, no cleaning service or hair and makeup are required! The real moments will mean more down the road.
This style of session is also perfect for "older" newborns, as they don't require much posing and a more alert baby can make for more engaging photos, capturing connection between the two of you. I recommend anywhere from one to 6 weeks. Sessions typically last 2-4 hours, leaving time for feedings and changes. If baby has siblings (even furry ones) I'm more than happy to include them!
POSES
If you just love those little sweet little newborn poses as well, I'm with you! I always bring along a few props and wraps. We will discuss your ideas in advance so I know what shots are most important to you. We also discuss details like color schemes and style and talk about what you hope to do with your images in the end - for instance nursery art, a family portrait or a beautiful baby album.
Something to note is that the younger the baby the easier they are to pose. Although we won't be attempting anything too ambitious like we might in a studio, a baby under 10 days will be much sleepier - so if you're looking for a pose-heavy gallery keep in mind your baby's age and please let me know when we speak. If you think you missed the window, there are still a number of achievable poses for "older" newborns too.

Each session is customized to suit your personal vision and photography goals and overall cost varies greatly depending on your individual needs and goals for your final images. Spending range can be anywhere from $490 to $15k+ depending on the session we design for you.

Professional Hair & Make Up
All custom sessions include professional hair & makeup which typically takes place in your home. It's a great way to not only look amazing but feel taken care of and confident!
Home Decor
What's the best way to appreciate your family photos? On the wall! I offer a number of wall art options and come prepared with software to create mock ups so you can visualize what sizes will work best in your home. We also style you with your decor in mind so that your artwork will fit in perfectly!
Style & Concept Consultation
This meeting is the most valuable part of the process! Allowing us to meet in person, discuss details of the shoot, go through your closet, and take a look at your personal style, this meeting will set up the shoot for success. Learn more here.
Wardrobe Assistance
In addition to going through your closet during our Style & Concept consultation, I always send over prep guides with wardrobe advice, links to pinterest boards for inspiration and am happy to create a personalized style board to help you shop! I also have many items in my client closet for babies, children and mom!
Delivery
All products are hand delivered to you door after going through a quality check. If your wall art requires hanging I will send over my wall art installer to take care of that for you!
